Zubuz, Inc. ("Zubuz") has created this privacy policy because of our commitment to keeping your personal information private. This policy applies to all Zubuz websites and URLs for those websites.
Zubuz does not sell customer information. However, because we use outside vendors to provide certain services to you, we may disclose personal information about you to those vendors under certain circumstances. You have the option of registering with Zubuz sites. Registration allows Zubuz to provide you with personalized service, including special offers, featured products, news and information, and expedited order entry and processing. Registration is always optional, though it is strongly encouraged. Even if you do register, you may "opt out" of certain elements of personalized service, such as our mailing list.
In accordance with federal law, Zubuz does not knowingly collect personal information from persons who are under 13 years of age. By using our site, you are telling us you are at least 13 years of age. If you're not at least 13, please don't use our site.
By submitting your e-mail address to an Zubuz or vendor site and checking a box (or not un-checking a checked box) stating so, you consent to Zubuz adding your e-mail address to a list of persons interested in our products and services. If your e-mail address is added to our list, you may, from time to time, receive e-mails alerting you to new or featured products, new or featured services, service updates, special discounts, or other information which may be of interest to you. You may "opt out" of receiving such e-mails at any time by sending e-mail to support@zubuz.net with the word "remove" and the e-mail address you wish to have removed from the list in the subject line or message body. Please be careful to provide us with the exact address you want to have removed from our list. Also, in every e-mail solicitation we send to you, we will attempt to place a hypertext link allowing you to request directly to be removed. Please allow 3 business days for your request to be processed. Please be aware that every effort will be made to remove your e-mail address from that list; however, you may continue to receive e-mails from us for a short time after your request has been processed, if an e-mail was scheduled to be sent before your request was processed.
